We will give you a portion of our commission, which can be applied to the closing cost of your new home. In a typical transaction, the seller pays the commission, with 50% of that commission paid to the Brokerage representing the buyer. Generally, the amount shared with the Buyers agent is between 2% and 3% of the sales price. On a $400,000 purchase, we would expect to be paid somewhere between $4000 and $6000. We will share a portion of our commission with you to be applied to your closing cost.
